Hi! I’m Matt (they/them) and I’m an illustrator and fine artist who’s currently based in Toronto. I’m queer, nonbinary, disabled, and a diasporan POC. My artwork is primarily done digitally, but I love to work with acrylic paint, watercolors, and ink. I graduated from OCADU in 2021 with a Bachelor of Design in Illustration.

I love meaningful narratives, especially those that center marginalized experiences. I’m deeply invested in character-driven emotional storytelling, intentional worldbuilding and design, and using fiction to speculate on both personal exploration and the systems around us. Outside of work, my interests include indie tabletop gaming, interactive fiction, medical science, hockey and the horrors of its culture, crochet, knitting, and gardening. Whether you want to work with me or just talk, absolutely feel free to reach out. Let’s chat sometime!
