Trade Season (2020)

Part of my Illustration thesis, “Trade Season” examines the stress hockey players experience when being traded at short notice, often having only days to uproot their families and move to a completely new city or even country. This specific illustration is based on the story of John Scott, who was traded from Arizona to Newfoundland a week before his wife gave birth to twins.
